MBCS Faculty Mentors

A physicist works to zoom in on a microscope

The Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics use lab rotations to provide graduate students opportunities to experience the diverse range of faculty, research topics and environments available. Rotations also give students and faculty the chance to connect and learn about each other before a final mentor is chosen.

During your first year preparing for the Molecular Biophysics of Complex Systems Program, we recommend selecting rotations from among the MBCS faculty mentors listed below to learn more about the different techniques, interests and real world impacts these faculty bring to the program.
